What “Free Vending” Actually Means for a Central Florida Warehouse

We get asked this almost every time we talk to a new facility: “Is it actually free?”

It’s a fair question. You’ve probably heard “free” used loosely before — free equipment that comes with a long contract, or free installation that doesn’t include service, or free something that quietly costs you later. So let us be straight with you about exactly what “free” means when you work with Orange Vending.

No equipment cost. No installation fee. No maintenance fee. No restocking fee.

When we say free, we mean zero out-of-pocket for your facility. We bring the machines. We set them up. We keep them stocked. We handle every repair. You don’t write us a check for any of it.

Our business model is simple: we earn from what gets sold in the machines. Your employees buy a drink or a snack, and that’s how we get paid. Your facility gets a fully stocked, fully managed breakroom — and your accounting team never sees an invoice from us for the equipment or service.

That’s it. No hidden fees buried in the fine print.

Who qualifies?

We focus on warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers — typically facilities with somewhere between 50 and 500 employees. Those are the operations where employees need reliable access to food and drinks throughout the day, and where a breakroom that actually works makes a real difference on the floor.

If you’re not sure whether your facility fits, don’t overthink it. Just ask. We’ll do a free site visit, take a look at your space and your headcount, and give you an honest answer. No obligation either way.

What you actually get

There are three things we bring to a facility, and we manage all of them.

Cashless vending machines. Every machine we place accepts cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No cash required. Your employees don’t have to dig around for quarters, and you don’t have to deal with machines that only take bills. We stock each machine based on what your team actually buys — we pay attention to what moves and adjust accordingly.

Bean-to-cup office coffee. If your facility wants quality coffee, we handle that too. Bean-to-cup means fresh-ground coffee every time someone makes a cup — not a pot that’s been sitting since 6 a.m. We stock everything and keep the equipment clean and working.

Freezer and cooler service. Cold drinks, frozen meals, ice cream — whatever makes sense for your crew. We install and manage the cooler or freezer unit as part of the same fully managed setup.

You don’t have to choose just one. A lot of our clients have all three running in their breakroom. We handle the stocking, the cleaning, and the repairs across all of it.

We cover the full Orlando-to-Ocala corridor

Orange Vending is a family-owned business — Christopher and Marlissa started it in 2021, and we still run it ourselves. Our service area covers the I-75 and Florida Turnpike corridor from Orlando up through Ocala: that includes The Villages, Wildwood, Groveland, Sumterville, and Coleman.

We built our route around this corridor on purpose. We know these roads. We know the facilities out here. And because we’re local, we’re not dispatching someone from three states away when a machine needs attention.

If you’ve looked into vending machine service in Orlando or vending machines in Ocala, you’ve probably found a mix of local operators and national companies. What we can tell you is that being a family-owned, corridor-focused operation means the people you call are the people who show up. That matters when something needs attention fast.

Why “managed” matters — and what it looks like in practice

“Managed” is one of those words that gets thrown around a lot. Here’s what it actually means when you work with us.

It means we’re monitoring inventory on your machines and restocking on a regular schedule. It means when a machine has a problem, we’re fixing it — not asking you to put in a ticket and wait. It means you have a real phone number for real people who pick up.

We’re not a faceless vending company. We’re a husband-and-wife team that built this business on showing up when we say we will and keeping our clients’ breakrooms running. Our tagline says it plainly: we show up, we stock up, and we answer the phone.

Here’s what a few of our clients have said:

“Great options and always on time for a restock”

Alyssa Ruiz

“Top notch, consistent restock, and great communication”

Dalton Vincent

“Amazing service, great products”

Javier Ruiz

That’s what managed means in practice. The machines are stocked. The equipment works. And when you call, someone answers.
